We took a trip up to SF this past weekend to visit a few friends, and relax a big over spring break. On Saturday, we got up "early" and headed to the farmers market at the Ferry building. Outside at the Embarcadero, I snapped this picture of a sculpture in front of one of the buildings.

I really like the way that the reflection takes on the appearance of Damascus steel. If you grant a little interpretive license, the sculpture even looks a little like a fancy sword guard.

Later that afternoon we were walking around Chinatown when the girls started giggling. It's a shame the best specimen didn't come out so well in this photo.
